細胞的系統行為
各種生命形式的功能都是藉由生物分子,相互作用的集體行為來執行的。儘管在過去的數十年中,化約論的方法已經成功地鑑定了許多具有重要功能的生物分子,但是仍然未知的是:這些分子如何在空間和時間上,一起相互調節,成為一個“系統”,來維持細胞的存活與生理的穩態。
細胞動態實驗室正在努力了解細胞的系統特性,包括生物振盪,開關和觸發波,尤其著重在那些與控制細胞死亡,增殖和代謝穩態相關的議題。我們使用定量的實驗方法,數學模擬和大數據資訊整合。
