| Responsibilities | 1. Positions will entail independent projects in research topics spanning R-loop dynamics, genome organization, DNA damage repair, and cancer progression and drug resistance. 2. Perform molecular biology and cell biology experiments (e.g., tissue culture, CRISPR cloning, library preparation). 3. Conduct proteomics and genomics-related experiments. 4. Analyze sequencing and genomics data using Python and R. 5. Assist in laboratory organization, inventory management, and ordering reagents. |
| Qualification | 1. B.Sc. or M.Sc. Degree in biology, bioinformatics or biotechnology related fields. 2. Hands-on training in wet-lab techniques and bioinformatic analysis of genomics data (Python/R); prior experience is a plus but not required. 3.Passionate about scientific research; Motivated, self-driven, diligent, and detail-oriented. |
| Salary | Competitive Salary based on experience and performance from NTD.38388 (Research Assistant with Bachelor’s degree); from NTD.44968 (Research Assistant with Master’s degree). |
