Postdoctoral Fellow x 2
ResponsibilitiesLaunched in September 2022, the Kamino Lab investigates the fundamental principles that govern cellular behavior and information processing. With Keita’s background in physics, our lab integrates diverse approaches, including molecular genetics, theoretical physics, microscopy, and machine learning. We are currently seeking two research assistants with strong backgrounds in related fields and a passion for interdisciplinary research. Potential areas of exploration include, but are not limited to:
- Live-cell analysis of cellular behaviors using advanced microscopy techniques
- Theoretical analysis of cell-signaling dynamics using probability, information theory, and dynamical systems theory
- Image and time-series analysis using advanced statistical methods, including machine learning
- Development of cutting-edge measurement tools in microscopy and microfluidics
QualificationCandidates should have a PhD in biology, physics, engineering, mathematics, statistics, computer science, or related fields.
SalarySalaries will be based on Academia Sinica standards and can be adjusted in accordance with ability.
