果蠅視覺系統中膠細胞的分化調控與功能
我的研究主題在探討膠細胞在果蠅視覺系統發育中的分化調控
及功能。我們發展了在體外長期培養眼碟的方法,讓我們得以
觀察且研究膠細胞的分裂、遷移及分化。我們正在探討其中會
包裹感光細胞軸突的包裹膠細胞,探討其品系如何與其他膠細
胞品系分離,其分化如何在空間與時間上被調控,以及其如何
影響感光細胞的功能與軸突的投射。
